Pour tout avis chirurgical ou sur traitement anti-MEK, il est indispensable d'adresser les imageries soit :
- Via ORTIF, sur le PACS de l’hôpital Henri-Mondor (AP-HP).
- En téléchargement, au format DICOM directement sur la plateforme Skemeet.
- Par courrier postal à : Hôpital Henri-Mondor (AP-HP), Service de dermatologie, Dr Laura Fertitta, 1 rue Gustave Eiffel, 94000 Créteil.
